Help us stay in touch with the community! You can devote just a couple of hours a week or you can become more involved during the busy periods around our fundraising events. No experience needed—just time and enthusiasm.

Community Events

Here’s an opportunity to get involved at a grass roots level. We need help at community events where ECPA has a presence. You will attend local events, spreading the exciting word and news about ECPA, and chatting with members of the community. There’s also the opportunity to get involved with planning community-wide events.

ECPA Events and Fundraisers

This is where ECPA needs many hands to get the job done! Lend us your skills to plan and execute first-rate fundraising events. You might be working with performers, setting up venues, planning menu, or running raffles or auctions. Event planning experience would be wonderful, but energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are just as valuable!

Fundraising/Grants

This is a great opportunity for “people-people”. If you enjoy working within the community and can help recruit sponsors and donors, we need you here! Also, anyone with experience in grant writing would be a great asset to ECPA.

Marketing

Graphic designers, copywriters, planners, social-media enthusiasts, and idea-people, this is the place for you! We need help for each of our events planned. Take on as little or as much as you can fit in your schedule—and work with a highly motivated team to get the word out about ECPA!

Community Outreach

Here’s another opportunity for those with great “people skills.” Meet more people in our community while spreading the word about ECPA. You will reach out to sectors within our community—business people, arts groups, philanthropic groups, and more. Your job is to help bring community members on board to help us build a performing arts center in Elmhurst.
