Here is an opportunity to enjoy some of the finest talent Elmhurst has to offer. Singer Julie Peterson, who wowed the city as she was learning her craft in Elmhurst, returns from her success in New York to perform for her home community. Lisa Griffith, who performs professionally all over Chicagoland, presents musical theater favorites, joined by a talented group of younger singers from her Oak Brook studio. In honor of York High School’s Grammy Award-winning drama department, the cast of WEST SIDE STORY brings selections from the show, and alumni from Elmhurst Children’s Theatre take their turn on stage, too.  A wonderful performance by the  young dancers from DuPage Dance Academy and a medly of songs from Elmhurst Choral Union Singers round out the night.
